Answer Questions

An exoskeleton is a rigid, external covering that supports and protects the body. While humans do not possess an exoskeleton, they do accumulate many personality overlays – or ‘masks’ – that can hinder their authenticity.

In this session, you’ll focus on how to help your clients shed their proverbial exoskeletons in order to unfurl the wings they need to fly trapped beneath. Discover how to unleash a person’s natural propensity for creative vision, productivity, inspiration and joy.

  1. There are 5 primary ways in which human beings can process emotions.
  2. The most common core beliefs holding us back include: “I’m not enough, I am not worthy of love or success, or I don’t deserve to be happy or successful”.
  3. What bothers us most about other people is often a reflection of a part of ourselves that we have unwittingly disavowed. If we are able to own what we have projected onto others, we take an important step to becoming more whole.
