Tim Harrison

After playing Division 1 basketball and researching psychology at Rice University, Tim Harrison turned down a dream job in strategy consulting to pursue his mission to “create a world where more people realize their potential.” Now, Tim is pioneering the future of coaching. As a member of the ICF’s Global Taskforce, he has shaped industry standards on AI. Tim is launching the Coaching Innovation Lab, a global initiative helping coaches leverage AI authentically and responsibly so they can increase their profits and impact. He also serves as the CEO of EPOG Academy (Enjoyable Pain of Growth), a non-profit using AI coaching to empower students to take control of their future. His unique blend of coaching expertise, GenZ leadership, and AI application positions him at the forefront of coaching in the age of AI.
