Dr. David Drake is the Founder and CEO of The Moment Institute, a global learning community focused on personal and professional development. He is also Head of Ovida Labs for Ovida, leveraging AI to accelerate growth and enhance coaching outcomes.
A pioneer in the field, David founded Narrative Coaching and Integrative Development, helping individuals and organizations evolve together. He is a Thought Leader for the Institute of Coaching, a nine-time WBECS Summit speaker, and an inaugural member of Coaches50.
David has authored over 75 publications, including The Five Maturities: A New Paradigm for Developing and Assessing Coaches, Narrative Coaching: The Definitive Guide to Bringing New Stories to Life, and as co-editor of the SAGE Handbook of Coaching.
