      The 10-month course will take place from September 8th, 2025 – June 22nd, 2026.

      Each module spans a month and includes:

      • 1.5 hour Theory Session
      • 3 hour Practicum & Group Supervision Session 
      • 1 hour Core Learning Session

      In addition, there is a session-free Reading Week for about 3 hours of reading and self-practice per month.

      2. What are the prerequisites for joining?

      To be admitted to the program, you must meet the following criteria:

      • Team Coaching Experience: You have worked with 3 or more teams, and at least one of those engagements lasted 6 months or longer. Shorter engagements will only be considered if they involved systemic coaching, rather than one-off facilitation or training.
      • Current or Prospective Team Engagement: You are currently working with a team, or you plan to find a team by October 2025 to work with during the program.
      • Prior Certification: You have completed one of the following programs:
        • Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner (STC Practitioner)
        • Global Team Coaching Institute Systemic Practitioner (GTCI Systemic Practitioner)
        • AOEC/Renewal Associates Systemic Team Coaching Certificate or Diploma
        • An equivalent EMCC Global Team Coaching Practitioner-level program

      The course consists of 8.5 hours of learning per month, broken into:

      Week 1 – 1.5 hour Theory session to unveil new concepts and tools with selected faculty.

      Week 2 – Reading week for preparation, practice, self-study, and homework which amounts to approximately 3 hours per month.

      Week 3 – 3 hour integrated Practicum & Group Supervision session with a facilitator and supervisor trained in Systemic Team Coaching.

      Week 4 – 1 hour Core Learning session to ask questions, analyze case studies or participate in demos with selected faculty.

      8. What are the graduation requirements?

      To graduate from the course and receive your certificate, you will need to meet the following criteria:

      • Complete all asynchronous activities
      • Attend or watch 10 out of 10 Theory Sessions
      • Attend or watch 10 out of 10 Core Learning Sessions
      • Attend at least 8 out of 10 Practicum & Group Supervision Sessions live.
      • Submit Reflective Assignment and review your peers’

      If you are missing a Practicum toward your graduation requirements, you can use the missed Practicum process to make up for the missing attendance. Note this can only be used once. In case of missing more than three Practicum sessions, you will have the option to move to the next cohort for an administrative fee of $500.

      9. Do I need to do anything to uphold my designation?

      You don’t need to do anything to uphold your designation. Once you’ve earned it by completing the course and meeting the graduation requirements, your designation is yours to keep without the need for renewal or additional actions.

      10. Is the course accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)?

      Yes! The Systemic Team Coaching® Senior Practitioner course is designed to meet the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) accreditation.

      You can claim up to 85 CCE Units towards renewing one of ICF’s credentials – ACC, PCC or MCC. Learn more about the individual accreditation process.

      Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to deploy the learning and supervision hours towards the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credential offered by the ICF. Additional fees may apply, please click here to learn more about the ACTC process.

      11. Is the course accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)?

      Yes! The Systemic Team Coaching® Sr. Practitioner course is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) with the EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) accreditation, granting EMCC members a total of 85 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours. These can be used towards renewing one of the EMCC’s individual credentials – Foundation, Practitioner or Senior Practitioner.

      In addition, participants who don’t possess an individual credential and complete the graduation requirements will receive a recommendation for the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at the Senior Practitioner level (TCQA), and will be contacted by the EMCC at the end of the course, in case they wish to pursue one. Added fees may apply.

      Hours and the recommendation become eligible upon meeting the minimum graduation requirements.

      12. Is the course accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)?

      Yes! The Systemic Team Coaching® Sr. Practitioner course is accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) getting you 85 Professional Development Credits (PDCs). 

      Credits become eligible upon meeting the minimum graduation requirements.
