Yes, absolutely! All* of the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the exclusive Learning Center within 48 hours of the session.

The course consists of 8.5 hours of learning per month, broken into:
Week 1 – 1.5 hour Theory session to unveil new concepts and tools with selected faculty.
Week 2 – Reading week for preparation, practice, self-study, and homework which amounts to approximately 3 hours per month.
Week 3 – 3 hour integrated Practicum & Group Supervision session with a facilitator and supervisor trained in Systemic Team Coaching.
Week 4 – 1 hour Core Learning session to ask questions, analyze case studies or participate in demos with selected faculty.
To graduate from the course and receive your certificate, you will need to meet the following criteria:
If you are missing a Practicum toward your graduation requirements, you can use the missed Practicum process to make up for the missing attendance. Note this can only be used once. In case of missing more than three Practicum sessions, you will have the option to move to the next cohort for an administrative fee of $500.
You don’t need to do anything to uphold your designation. Once you’ve earned it by completing the course and meeting the graduation requirements, your designation is yours to keep without the need for renewal or additional actions.
Yes! The Systemic Team Coaching® Senior Practitioner course is designed to meet the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) accreditation.
You can claim up to 85 CCE Units towards renewing one of ICF’s credentials – ACC, PCC or MCC. Learn more about the individual accreditation process.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to deploy the learning and supervision hours towards the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credential offered by the ICF. Additional fees may apply, please click here to learn more about the ACTC process.
Yes! The Systemic Team Coaching® Sr. Practitioner course is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) with the EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) accreditation, granting EMCC members a total of 85 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours. These can be used towards renewing one of the EMCC’s individual credentials – Foundation, Practitioner or Senior Practitioner.
In addition, participants who don’t possess an individual credential and complete the graduation requirements will receive a recommendation for the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at the Senior Practitioner level (TCQA), and will be contacted by the EMCC at the end of the course, in case they wish to pursue one. Added fees may apply.
Hours and the recommendation become eligible upon meeting the minimum graduation requirements.
