As the global pandemic and lockdown restrictions continue, people and organizations are coming face-to-face with existential concerns, such as endings/death, hopelessness, lack of freedom and/or isolation. Now, more than ever, existential philosophy is relevant to individuals, groups and organizations.
This session introduces the basic tenets of existential thought and how it relates to your coaching practice. You’ll explore the landscape for existential coaching, define its frame and discover how to apply it practically.
All of our clients have something in common: their human condition. We live with a baseline level of existential anxiety, dilemma and paradox – it’s in the fabric of our existence and inevitable to the human experience.
In this session, you’ll learn why this matters, how it can inform and elevate your coaching, and how to use an understanding of existential psychology and philosophy to become better leaders, more resilient colleagues and stronger human beings.
