Women often bring greater profit, shareholder value, and engagement to their organizations. So, why are talented women advancing at a slower pace than men and why are 50% of multicultural women saying they will leave their company within 2 years?

In this session, you’ll explore 3 specific topics commonly discussed in coaching/development programs, examine research to help you attune to different groups/levels of experience, and learn how to increase effectiveness, helping women bring untapped potential to their organization.

  1. Increase awareness of the universal needs of ‘women’ vs. the unique intersectional needs across gender, ethnicity, and stage of career.
  2. Coach women effectively around issues relating to Confidence and “Imposter Syndrome” in order to help her consistently speak up, take risks, and increase her confident contribution.
  3. Help women clients get the support she needs to increase her impact to the organization.
