Reese Haydon

Reese Haydon, MS, is an executive talent and organization development leader and consultant. In his current role leading executive development at Dropbox, he pushes the organization to strategically invest in the next generation of executive leadership. Reese’s work spans leading Dropbox’s internal and external executive coaching practice, executive development and integration assessments, leadership accelerator experiences, senior leadership team effectiveness, and organizational consulting.

As a practitioner, Reese uses evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to help senior leaders and their teams operate at their best. His research and practice have been featured in Psychology Today, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Society of Consulting Psychology annual conferences, and Columbia University’s biannual Coaching Conference. He writes and presents on topics of leadership, executive coaching, virtual teams, and artificial intelligence.
