Peter Demarest

Leaving behind a successful I.T. career after 22 years, Peter has been coaching and training coaches for the past 20+ years. He is one of the world’s leading pioneers in the science of neuro-axiology (mind-brain science + value science) and author of the definitive book on the science, Answering the Central Question (2010). 

He is the co-founder and president of Axiogenics, LLC. The company trains and certifies professional practitioners worldwide in the use of the company’s game-changing tools, methods, and materials including the VQ Profile® Assessment, the Valuegenic Self-Leadership Development Program, and their C-Suite focused leadership solutions. This is Peter’s third year as a top-rated WBECS Presenter known for delivering high-value, power-packed content.

Peter is also a U.S. Navy Submarine veteran and lives near Philadelphia, PA. He and his wife, Pam, share the joys of having 5 kids, 3 grandkids, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and an ever-changing number of chickens and honeybee hives. In addition to his love of people, pets, and professional pursuits, his extra-curricular activities include gigging with his band (percussion and vocals), DIY home projects, traveling, cooking, reading, writing, woodworking, sailing, and scuba diving.
