Executives face a tricky dilemma in the first year after a promotion: all eyes are on them and their approach to engaging new colleagues and stakeholders. Some experience self-doubt, while others may be overconfident and blind to their own limitations. Coaches must help leaders recognize their impact and overcome tendencies toward doubt or hubris. This session provides techniques to coach recently-promoted leaders, preparing them for success when almost half of new leaders typically fail.
Nihar Chhaya will offer this time for attendees to ask him anything about executive coaching, business development, and other questions on their mind related to the content presented in his Pre-Summit session.
