Dr. Natalie received her doctorate in clinical health psychology from the University of Florida and completed her training at Indiana University School of Medicine. She spent 9 years on faculty there before relocating to the Boston-area to serve as the Director of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Currently, she provides psychological treatment and consultation for the Brigham Physician Wellness Program and is an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. In 2016, she founded Priority Wellness Group, a mental health consultancy specializing in lifestyle wellness programs for individuals and organizations. She also offers consultation for coaches seeking to strengthen their skill set and knowledge of mental health issues, offering online and in-person teaching and training seminars.
She is a regular media contributor for the American Psychological Association appearing on Good Morning America, Good Day LA, CBS News, and NBC Boston. To maintain balance, Dr. Natalie enjoys spending time with her beautiful blended family. She can frequently be found at the barre (not the happy hour kind!), watching a Netflix documentary, listening to an uplifting or informative podcast, or relaxing. Traveling is her favorite form of therapy.
