Muriel Wilkins

Muriel Wilkins, co-founder of Paravis Partners, is a seasoned executive coach and C-suite advisor with over two decades of experience helping senior leaders elevate their performance. She hosts the acclaimed Harvard Business Review podcast, Coaching Real Leaders, and is the co-author of Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence. Her forthcoming book, Leadership Unblocked: Break Through the Beliefs That Limit Your Potential, is set for publication by Harvard Business Publishing in 2025.

Specializing in C-suite effectiveness, leadership transitions, succession planning, and leadership presence, Muriel has collaborated with leaders across industries including consulting, private equity, biotech, financial services, and nonprofits. Before founding Paravis, she held leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and P&L management at U.S. News & World Report, Accenture, and Prudential.

Muriel earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, her undergraduate degree in marketing from Georgetown University, and a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
