Muriel Wilkins

Muriel M. Wilkins, CEO and Founder of Paravis Partners, is an executive coach and trusted C-suite advisor with over two decades of experience helping senior leaders navigate challenges and elevate their impact. She hosts the acclaimed Harvard Business Review podcast, Coaching Real Leaders, and co-authored Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence. Her forthcoming book, Leadership Unblocked: Break Through the Beliefs That Limit Your Potential, will be published by Harvard Business Publishing in 2025.

Specializing in C-suite effectiveness, leadership transitions, executive presence, mindset evolution, and work-life integration, Muriel has worked with leaders across industries including consulting, private equity, biotech, financial services, tech, and nonprofits. Before founding Paravis, she held leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and business operations at U.S. News & World Report, Accenture, and Prudential.

Muriel earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgetown University, and holds a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
