Morwenna has 25 years’ experience as a writer, editor, trainer and coach, in public and private sectors. She loves to support people to achieve equality; work at their best; and enhance their quality of life. Morwenna is autistic, ADHD and dyspraxic (likely dyscalculic too) and has an autistic/ADHD son.
As a coach and trainer, Morwenna supports neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. Her primary objective is to enable people to work at their best, using strengths-based and positive psychology models. She believes that people are “creative, resourceful and whole” (Carl Rogers) and that they have all the solutions within themselves.
Morwenna coaches C-suite NHS leaders (through the elite NHS leaders programme) and C-suite leaders in the private sector. But her most enjoyable work is with neurodivergent people – spanning entry-level (such as school caretakers) to director and C-suite (Bank of England economists).
Morwenna also coaches and trains people (neurodivergent and neurotypical) to write books, PhDs and professional reports. She is an accredited trainer (classroom and online) and particularly loves supporting dyslexic writers to do their best work. She enjoys yoga, swimming, cycling and crafting and is learning Spanish – but not simultaneously (as she often jokes).
