As an executive leadership coach, Kristina’s goal is to effectively assess leaders and provide customized individual and executive development programs to help them gain greater self-awareness in order to respond to complex organizational environments and change. Kristina helps women to strategically position themselves for advancement, develop their leadership presence, and negotiate their worth.

With more than twenty years of experience in leadership development, Kristina has a dynamic portfolio including high-profile initiatives and events designed to enhance leadership capacity for both government and the private sector. She also provides organizational development consulting, talent management, and facilitation for management teams.
Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education, specializing in transformative learning and executive leadership coaching. She has presented her research at conferences and has been published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring. She is certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Assessment and Culture Survey. She is a past chair of the Ontario Association of Career Management and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Kristina is a highly sought-after keynote speaker who has shared her expertise on negotiation and high-performance leadership in Canada, the USA, and the UK. Her specialty training has helped hundreds of women advance their careers through comprehensive assessment, values-based leadership development intensives and negotiation retreats, as well as customized one-on-one executive coaching.
