Jeffrey Hull, PhD BCC is an executive coach and clinical psychologist who specializes in CEO and C-suite leadership development and coaching with a wide range of organizations from start-up innovators to Fortune 50 industrial and technology firms.
He is a clinical instructor in psychology at Harvard Medical School and Executive Director at the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, as well as an adjunct professor of leadership at New York University. He holds a board-certified coach designation (BCC) and has over 1000 hours of executive coaching experience with executives across the globe. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, he worked as a global head of human resources for Booz Allen Hamilton.
He holds a BA degree from Bowdoin College, an MBA in organizational psychology from the University of Maryland and a PhD in depth/clinical psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Dr. Hull is an accomplished researcher, writer and speaker, has written two books, and published in a wide range of business, leadership and organizational psychology journals including Investors Business Daily, The New York Times and Harvard Business Review. His best-selling book, “FLEX: The Art and Science of Leadership in a Changing World” was published by Penguin Random House in 2019.
