Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad, Ph.D. in Behavior and Counseling, is a Wellness and Leadership Coach and the Founder and past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chartered Chapter Lebanon. She is also a clinical dietitian and the founder and CEO of VieSaine, a wellness, leadership, and coaching center in Beirut, Lebanon. Zeina also practices Life, Wellness, and Leadership coaching in the U.S.A where she is a Partner and Chief Wellness Officer of her Coaching and Consulting company, Vital Signs Vital Skills (VSVS). As a professional certified coach, she has been coaching for over 16 years.
Dr. Ghossoub El-Aswad has created a unique concept in wellness and health that targets individuals, families, corporations, and businesses on a personal and professional level. She has created a unique corporate Leadership Development Program, an integrated leadership, and wellness program that targets organizations and businesses throughout all levels of management and employees. She is the co-author of multiple best-selling books; she has lectured about coaching and wellness and dietetics throughout the Middle East and the continental USA. She has been and continues to be a pioneer in her respective fields where she develops research and applies up-to-date protocols and approaches. Her work has recently earned her the Middle East Woman Leader’s Award from the World Women Leadership.
Dr. Ghossoub El-Aswad is well into academics. She has been teaching students in universities (American University of Beirut (AUB), Drexel University, Notre Dame University Lebanon (NDU), Cooper Smith Career Counseling College, American University of Lebanon (AUL), Lebanese American University (LAU), and the College of Executive Coaching since 1995 as a graduate student herself, and then as an instructor and now as a professor. She was the discipline coordinator and lecturer of the Behavioral Sciences at the medical school of the Lebanese American University.
Zeina is also passionate about helping others. She is the founder and creator of a Non-Profit Organization (Ghalletna) that has helped, for over ten years, and continues to help feed and clothes families and individuals on a yearly basis.
Dr. Ghossoub El-Aswad has an extensive media outreach. She has weekly local and international television shows and radio shows. She is an editor and contributor to several local and international magazines. She is well-published, and her work has seen her be recognized by prestigious establishments such as the American Medical Association, the Harvard Institute of Coaching, Mayo Clinic, McGill University, Stanford, AUB, and others.
