She coaches emerging and established entrepreneurs on developing their leadership skills and manifesting their intentions . As a result, her clients increase their emotional intelligence, spiritual awareness, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, confidence and equanimity. Clara has served as a Leadership Coach at Harvard Business School for 30 international business leaders and Course Monitor for the first ever Interpersonal Dynamics course for 938 students.
Prior to her work in leadership, coaching and empowerment, Clara held the position of Lead Spanish Interpreter in the Boston Immigration Court, where she interpreted during high-stakes and complex immigration cases.
She is a graduate of Lesley University with a self-designed degree in Life & Business Management and a certification in Life, Business, and Master coaching from the Wainwright International School of Coaching.
