Ann Betz

Ann Betz, CPCC, PCC, MNTC, co-founder of BEabove Leadership, is an international speaker and trainer at the nexus of neuroscience, coaching, and human transformation. After studying neuroscience at the graduate level in 2011, she co-developed the Neuroscience, Consciousness, and Transformational Coaching program in 2012. A vital part of BEabove Leadership’s offerings, this program is now available virtually worldwide. Ann, a faculty member and neuroscience consultant for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), also consults with various corporations and non-profits, including the ICF. A certified coach for two decades, she’s authored influential works on brain research and coaching. Ann’s exploration of consciousness in “Integration, the power of being Co-Active in work and life” and her published poetry further showcase her expertise. Ann enjoys sharing her knowledge internationally, making complex concepts accessible with depth and humor. She resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her whimsical cats.
