Biography
Jonathan Passmore is a professor of coaching at Henley Business School, executive coach, researcher, author, globally recognized coaching psychologist, and supervisor, ranked among the top 10 professional coaches worldwide.
He has helped numerous leaders in finance, technology, sports, and government to reflect, gain fresh perspectives, and acquire new insights.
Jonathan has held leadership roles in global consulting firms PWC, IBM Business Consulting, OPM. He has also been managing director for a UK psychology firm and was Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology in 2021-22.
He has published widely over the past three decades on leadership, change and coaching. His work includes 40 books, and over 200 scientific articles and book chapters, making him one of the most published coaching researchers in the world.
He now divides his time between his private coaching practice, Henley Business School, UK and the University of Evora, Portugal.
