Critical thinking and problem solving are two of the most sought-after skills today, and corporations say they are among the hardest to find.
These days, too many leaders outsource their decision making. Rather than consult their own experience and employees, they hire expensive consultants to think for them – yet the answers they need almost always reside inside their own organizations.
Navigating our complex world represents a serious challenge for today’s leaders. To be successful, they must make good decisions quickly, and that requires effective critical thinking.
Now there is a way to help your clients challenge their assumptions, stress-test their strategies, and create resilient plans that are ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
