The Platinum Membership is curated for outstanding coaches who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their field. For that reason, the following criteria must be met in order for applications to be accepted:

• You have been actively coaching for over five years (not just coach-curious).
• You have completed coach training and/or certification beyond the basic level.
• You are open to integrating new coaching models to address the growing complexity of our world.
• Your desire to contribute to the community is greater than your personal gain, demonstrating a generosity of spirit.

The application process for the Platinum Membership is designed to ensure that we bring together a community of exceptional coaches committed to excellence and continuous growth. Here is a detailed outline of the application process:

1. Submit the Application Form:

a. Complete the online application form, which typically takes 20-40 minutes.
b. The form will ask for information about your coaching experience, training, and your commitment to professional and personal growth.
c. The deadline for submission is August 16th.

2. Application Review:

a. Once submitted, your application will be thoroughly reviewed by our dedicated Platinum Team. We assess each application to ensure it aligns with our community’s values and standards.

3. Notification of Outcome:

a. You will receive an email informing you of the outcome of your application within 7-10 working days after submission.

4. Upon Acceptance:

a. If your application is accepted, you will receive a link to join the Platinum Membership.
b. Upon receiving your payment, your place in the Membership is secured, and you will receive a welcome email with details and next steps to get your Platinum experience started.

Elevated Exchanges
Following your Signature Start, continue your growth with monthly Elevated Exchanges. Designed to challenge perspectives, expand thinking, and elevate your way of being in the world, these sessions ensure continuous intellectual and professional stimulation. These learning and practical workshops tackle thought-provoking topics based on real-time, relevant issues emerging in the world today.

Coaching Circles
Experience deep connection and support every month, through your very own Coaching Circle. Curated based on your needs, wishes, aspirations, and geo-location, your circle will be a space where you can be vulnerable, celebrated, and supported as you evolve together through the journey of life.

Coaching Circles
Enhance your coaching mastery with quarterly Catalyst Coaching sessions. These sessions offer opportunities to coach collaboratively with peers and observe colleagues working with executives in the field, providing practical, real-world insights and accelerating your professional growth.

Live Retreat

Signature Start #1 is on September 9th, 4pm ET and repeated again on September 11th 10am. We repeat all of the Signature Starts twice to accommodate different time zones. 

There are two Signature Start sessions per month for the first three months of your membership. After they end, the monthly Elevated Exchanges begin on the first Wednesday of each month. 

Coaching Circles take place once per month, the specific dates and times of these sessions will be determined based on Members’ schedules. 

Catalyst Coaching sessions take place once a quarter, and the Live Retreat is once per year, the first one is taking place in February.

Once a year, Platinum Members are invited to attend our exclusive, members-only annual retreat. The inaugural event will take place in Los Angeles from February 3rd-5th. This in-person, 2-day immersive experience is held in a stunning location designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul.

At the retreat, you’ll delve deep into the art and science of coaching, exploring cutting-edge techniques and participating in transformative workshops led by world-renowned experts. Additionally, you will have ample opportunities to network and forge lasting connections with your fellow Platinum Members, creating a powerful support system to propel your personal and professional growth.

The combined cost of the annual Membership and Retreat is $9,997 in full, or $897 per month for 12 months.

Attendance at the retreat is exclusively available to Platinum Members only.

The retreat package includes:

Your travel to and from the retreat location (Los Angeles) is not included in the price.
