Reducing Stress through Values Tool
When a client is grappling with stress or expressing feelings of overwhelm, this tool serves as a valuable ally. It also proves effective when a client enters coaching with scattered thoughts or a sense of disarray. After allowing the client to articulate the sources of their stress, this tool assists coaches in grounding the session in values and ethics, identifying which values should be honored within the context of their situation. Delving into personal values often leads to a reduction in stress chemicals within the body and brain, paving the way for the discovery of more innovative and effective solutions.
